PSA 10 Shining Tyranitar #113 1st Edition (Neo Destiny): Buyer’s Guide
Shining Tyranitar from Neo Destiny is one of the headline “Shining” cards of the Wizards of the Coast era, and a 1st Edition copy graded PSA GEM MT 10 sits at the top of what collectors chase for that card. At this price, the single most important step is checking the certificate yourself — here’s how.

Verify the certificate before you pay
PSA runs a free certificate lookup on its website. Enter certificate number 25101014 and check that the card name, set, year, card number, edition and grade on PSA’s record match the listing — and that the label in the exact-item photos shows the same number.
We record the certificate number from the listing; we have not independently re-verified it against PSA’s database for this guide. Ask us for clear photos of the front and back of the slab, including the label and the holder edges, and check them against PSA’s record before ordering.
What a PSA 10 does and doesn’t tell you
A PSA grade is PSA’s opinion of the card’s condition at the time it was graded. It doesn’t predict future prices, and two PSA 10 copies can still differ in centering and eye appeal. Look at the photos, not just the number.
Price context
The price shown is the EACollectibles asking price, not a valuation. To compare, look at completed sales of the same card, edition and grade, and make sure fees and shipping are accounted for. Active listings are not sales.
