Diamond & Pearl Base Set Booster Box: A Buying Guide
Diamond & Pearl launched a new era of the English TCG in 2007: the first expansion with Generation IV Pokémon from Sinnoh, and the set that introduced Pokémon LV.X cards. A sealed 36-pack box is a centerpiece for collectors of that era, and at this price it deserves careful checks.

Why collectors look for it
As the first set of its series, Diamond & Pearl is where the Sinnoh Pokémon and the LV.X mechanic began. Sealed boxes from 2007 have become uncommon, and collectors who focus on series openers often want this one.
Not a WOTC set
Diamond & Pearl was published after Wizards of the Coast’s era ended. It’s sometimes grouped with vintage, but it belongs to the modern-vintage period. Compare it only with other Diamond & Pearl base set boxes.
