Base Set 2 Booster Pack: Artwork, Weight Labels and Buying Tips
Base Set 2 is a 2000 English set that reprinted cards from the original Base Set and Jungle. Its packs are a lower-priced way into the WOTC era than original Base Set packs, and this listing gives you four artwork choices across Light and Heavy versions.

Base Set 2 is not Base Set
The names are easy to confuse in listings. Base Set 2 is its own set, combining reprints from Base Set and Jungle, and it was never printed in 1st Edition. Any listing claiming a 1st Edition Base Set 2 pack is a red flag.
Choosing a version
Light packs are priced for collectors who want a sealed pack to keep. Heavy packs are priced higher because EACollectibles expects them to contain a holo or better — our classification, not a promise from the manufacturer. Unsearched versions are listed but currently unavailable. Ask for the written Heavy Pack Policy terms before choosing Heavy.
If you want a whole box
We also list a sealed Base Set 2 booster box with its own buying guide, if you’d rather buy the complete product.
